Meet Randall Paseur. Born and raised near Huntsville, Alabama, Randall graduated from New Hope High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Alabama. Randall was commissioned as a Regular Army Officer in 1974 and served at Fort Benning, Georgia. He later served in the reserve at Redstone Arsenal and Korea. Randall began his investments and insurance career in 1978 and has served as CB&S Financial Services Investment Advisor/Officer since May 2000. His primary business interest is to help clients achieve their financial goals through choosing the investment options that best fit their needs. Randall enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and loves to hike and hunt on beautiful family property near Guntersville, Alabama. He also enjoys collecting old military firearms.

Meet Rick McGimsey. Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Rick graduated from W.A. Berry High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama. He also attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham Graduate School of Business from 1977 - 1980. Rick’s business experience includes work as Benefit Authorizer with the Social Security Administration. He began his investments career with E.F. Hutton in
1984 and has worked in the financial services industry since. He joined CB&S Financial Services, Inc. in 2009. Rick married Peggy in 1980, and they now have two daughters, Carrie and Katie. He enjoys fishing at the family lake house in Shelby County, sailing at the Birmingham Sailing Club at Logan Martin Lake, and occasionally playing a round of golf. The investment and insurance industries continue to change dramatically. It is the job of a good Financial Advisor to assess the objectives, parameters, and personal feelings of clients and make recommendations that best fit their needs.
Meet J.C. Campbell. Born and raised in southern Louisiana, J.C. graduated with a business degree from the University of Louisiana in Monroe. Upon graduation, he began to teach tennis professionally. J.C.’s career path then shifted into the medical field. He became a sales representative for major international firms which eventually led him and his family to Huntsville, Alabama. Throughout his career, J.C. maintained his own investment portfolio and actively researched companies and products. His interest in investments, desire to educate, and proclivity to find solutions naturally led him to become a financial advisor. J.C. and his wife, Valerie, are active in their Huntsville community and church. They have three foster children and both were volunteer mentors at Lincoln Village Ministry. Their hobbies include hiking, running, fishing, and cooking. J.C.’s diverse background and training enables him to help clients pursue their long-term financial goals through comprehensive, individualized financial planning. Meet Clay Stringer. Born and raised in Bay Springs, Mississippi, Clay received a Business Administration/Accounting degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. He also attended Mississippi College and the University of Southern Mississippi's Graduate School of Business. Upon graduation, he began to work for the Mississippi State Auditor's Office in Jackson. Clay's career path then shifted into the field of education. He became a middle and high school teacher, basketball coach and later a school administrator. Clay enjoys teaching and mentoring youth as well as interacting with their families. His interest in finances, desire to educate others, and ability to develop solutions for complex issues naturally led him into financial services. Clay and his wife, Kathy, have three children. They are very active in their Greenville, Mississippi community and their church. Clay enjoys playing golf, leading mission trips, and spending time with his family.
