Jim joined CB&S Business Capital in March 2026. He is a 40-year veteran in banking and finance. For twenty-five years, he helped built two asset-based lending groups from start-up in various senior management positions. For the past twelve years, he has been a leading producer in business development positions for Cadence Business Finance and UMB Capital Finance. He holds a BBA and MBA from Baylor University.
