Meet Billy Hughes. Billy began his career in the financial services business in 1982. He has worked in regional banks and brokerage firms as an advisor to 401(k) plans, a wealth management specialist and an institutional fixed income manager. Billy specializes in serving individual investors and small businesses. His personal mission is to utilize his experience and expertise to help people improve their financial future and their legacy. Billy enjoys duck hunting and fishing while spending time at his cabin in Southeast Arkansas. He also enjoys regular exercise and spending time with his family. Billy and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 35 years. They have one son, a daughter-in-law and a grandson. Billy is proud to be part of the CB&S Bank family and welcomes the opportunity to help others with their financial planning needs.
