What is Mobile Wallet?
Mobile Wallet lets you conveniently and securely make purchases with your CB&S Bank debit card at participating stores and restaurants, as well as online using your mobile device's Wallet function.
On which devices does Mobile Wallet work?
Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay work on most newer mobile devices. Please check with Apple, Google, and Samsung support for a list of compatible devices.
How do I get started?
Go to the Mobile Wallet function on your mobile device and follow the instructions to add your CB&S Bank debit card to your Wallet. Once your debit card has been successfully added to your Wallet, you will receive a message that your card is ready for use.
How does Mobile Wallet keep my debit card information secure?
When your CB&S Bank debit card is added to your wallet, the 16-digit primary account number found on your card (debit card number), is replaced with a randomly-generated token (value) that can be securely stored on Apple and Android devices and used to make purchases. This helps to reduce the potential for fraud.
The tokenization process is invisible to you and happens behind the scenes. It also helps to simplify making purchases at participating merchants and online.
What if my debit card is lost or stolen?
If your debit card is lost or stolen, please contact our Service Center at 877-332-1710 as soon as possible. We will deactivate and close your card, order you a replacement card, and help you remove the payment card from your Mobile Wallet. Once you receive your replacement card, you will need to add the new card to your Wallet.
What if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
If your mobile device is lost or stolen, please contact our Service Center at 877-332-1710 as soon as possible. We can suspend or remove your payment card from your Mobile Wallet. You can continue to use your physical plastic debit card.
What happens to my Mobile Wallet when I replace my device?
If you replace your mobile device, you will need to add your CB&S Bank debit card to the new mobile device. Be sure to go to your Mobile Wallet settings on your old device and remove your card.
What do I need to do when I receive a new or replacement card?
For new and replacement cards, the new expiration date and card number will automatically be updated. No action is required by you.
