CB&S Bank Opens its 38th Location

CB&S Bank opened its 38th location on April 15, 2008 in Owens Crossroads,  Alabama.  The new office is located at 6388 Highway 431 South in the Hampton Cove area.  This new location will be the second location in the Huntsville area and allows CB&S Bank to expand its coverage in  Madison County.

CB&S Bank Opens New Location in Birmingham, AL

On April 1, 2008, CB&S Bank opened its 37th location in Birmingham, Alabama.  The new office is located at 1301 Doug Baker Boulevard in The Village at Lee Branch.  This new location allows CB&S Bank to expand its coverage further south in the state of Alabama.

Citizens Bank changes its name to CB&S Bank

On March 3, 2008, Citizens Bank officially changed its name to CB&S Bank.  The reason for the change is to remove any confusion with other banks that have the same name as Citizens Bank.  The new name - CB&S Bank - comes from our official name, which is Citizens Bank and Savings Company.  CB&S Bank is the same bank with the same people giving the same great service.

Citizens Bank Opens New Location in Corinth, MS

Citizens Bank opened its 36th location in Corinth, Mississippi on November 5, 2007.  The new office is located at 200 South Harper Road.  Citizens Bank currently has an office located at 110 Alcorn Drive in Corinth.  This new location will further expand the bank's ability to serve Alcorn County.

Citizens Bank Opens New Location in Middleton, TN

Citizens Bank opened its 35th location in Middleton, Tennessee on October 1, 2007.  This is the bank's third location in Hardeman County with two other locations in Bolivar and Whiteville, Tennessee.  This new location will provide full service banking for the Middleton community.

Email Fraud Alert

People have reported receiving email which appears to come from the Citizens Bank informing the recipient that during a regular update and verification of Internet Banking accounts, current information could not be verified. Either account information has been changed or is incomplete, and as a result account access has been limited. The customer is instructed to update their information. One email instructs the customer that signing up for Bill Pay is required. The email attempts to obtain highly sensitive personal information, including bank account information.  As always, you should never release your personal information.
